Common questions
What does an AI strategy consultant do?
An AI strategy consultant helps a business decide where AI will create real value, then plans and oversees how to deliver it. That covers choosing and prioritising use cases, designing the architecture, estimating cost and risk, setting governance, and making sure the system reaches production rather than stalling as a pilot.
How is your approach different from a large consultancy?
You work directly with the person who designs and builds the system. I have shipped 30+ AI systems to production myself, so recommendations are grounded in what is practical to build, run and maintain, not only in slides.
How long does an engagement take?
A readiness assessment takes 2 to 3 weeks and a full roadmap 3 to 6 weeks. Production builds usually reach a first release in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on scope, integrations and compliance requirements.
Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. I have worked with early-stage startups, scale-ups and established companies in healthcare, finance, the public sector, retail and education. The engagement is sized to your stage and budget.
