The challenge
Four AI platforms were being built in parallel with different users, regulators and risk profiles. The team needed one coherent architecture, a realistic roadmap, and someone who could explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
What I did
- Defined the architecture and technical roadmap across real-time voice, multi-agent and financial-agent systems.
- Led the voice-enabled AI toolkit's product and production roadmap.
- Planned hybrid RAG and multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph across structured and unstructured data.
- Designed a compliance-aware financial AI agent for the Australian market.
- Acted as the primary technical contact for clients, translating system decisions into scope, timeline, compliance and cost trade-offs.
- Led the engineering team through code review, hiring, mentoring and agile delivery.
